1. Please complete your details & reason for your return.
2. We will email you with a returns authorisation code & address. *Please allow approximately 24 HRS for us to do this as we're probably busy in the studio & may not see your message straight away.
3. Please send your item back in the original packaging with no signs of wear, along with your order number/name. We understand that you will have tried on your garment, but please take care when doing so as we cannot accept your return if it has make-up or deodorant on it.
4. Returns Cost - as a small business we don't cover the postage cost for returns. We aren't able to issue pre-paid returns labels or pay for return postage. We thank you for your understanding.
5. Once we receive your item, we will check it & process your refund for the original product purchased. Please allow a few days for this to come through to your original payment method.
6. Product Exchanges - we are sorry that we can't offer a product exchange service. Our system can't process this effectively. If you'd like a different item please place a separate order for this & return your original item for a refund. Thanks so much for your understanding 💚
